Registered Social Worker/
Mental Health Professional

Ms. Marlo Bloomfield is a dedicated Mental Health Professional with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University. She is also a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies and a Diploma in community service from Trios College.
With more than 15 years of experience, she has worked extensively with children, adolescents, families, adults, and seniors across educational, healthcare, social service, and community-based settings. Her professional background includes violence prevention, support for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, addictions and substance-use challenges, ADHD, individual and group counseling, psychosocial assessments, and crisis intervention.
As a Mental Health Educator, Marlo has delivered psychoeducation and guidance to youth and parents on a wide range of topics, including mental wellness, coping strategies, mindfulness, stress management, and intergenerational challenges.
She is also a certified couple’s therapist with experience in private practice, supporting couples, adults, and youth through a variety of concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, low self-esteem, burnout, relational and communication difficulties, PTSD, and life transitions. Her therapeutic style is holistic and individualized, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to help clients build resilience, strengthen their inner resources, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
